Tom joined Stellar Financial in 2016, working alongside his uncle, Stellar Financials’ founder, Randy Hurtte. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tom earned his accounting degree from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul. He has worked in public accounting, is certified by Equitable in general securities and as an investment advisor. In addition to his CPA credentials, Tom is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. He also is licensed by the State of Alaska in both life and health insurance.
When he’s away from the office, Tom enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Emily, and their three children.
